Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3-7 days.  After your order is processed, shipping is expected to be 1-3 days with USPS Priority Shipping.  If there is ever a delay in shipping, you will be notified as soon as possible. 

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, all sales are final.  No returns, no refunds.

 

 

• LOST/MISSING ITEMS

If your package states it is delivered and you do not receive the package or if your package is lost in transit, you must 1st follow up with your local post office and then, file a claim at (https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm). All packages are insured with USPS.  Once packages leave processing and are delivered to the post office, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
